Sarah was renamed and called the mother of nations before Isaac was born — a reminder that God's promise often precedes its visible fulfillment.
Our Story
Where promise meets purpose
Her Promise Fulfilled was founded by Patience Fero Dongbo out of a deep conviction that no young person's future should be defined by the circumstances of their present. The organization draws its name and heartbeat from the story of Sarah in Genesis 17 — a woman renamed and called the mother of nations before her promised child was born.
Patience's own journey mirrors this truth. Raised by a single mother, she became a mother herself at eighteen, in her final year of high school. In many African communities, early pregnancy leads to forced marriage, interrupted education, and dreams left behind. Patience knows that story intimately — and she founded Her Promise Fulfilled to change it for others.
Alongside Sarah's biblical example, Patience was shaped by her spiritual mother, Michelle Garrido-Queiroz — a woman who embodied the calling to be a "mother of nations" without bearing biological children of her own. Michelle's life demonstrated that nurturing, guidance, and legacy extend far beyond biology. Her influence helped Patience see that every young mother, father, and vulnerable child carries a promise worth protecting.
Today, Her Promise Fulfilled exists to rewrite the narrative for young people who face overwhelming odds — offering hope, practical support, and a community that believes in who they can become before the world catches up.

Raised by a single mother and becoming a mother herself at eighteen—in her final year of high school—Patience knows intimately how early pregnancy can lead to interrupted education and dreams left behind. She founded Her Promise Fulfilled so that no young person's future would be defined by the circumstances of their present.
Shaped by the biblical story of Sarah and the mentorship of Michelle Garrido-Queiroz, Patience leads with a conviction that every young mother, father, and vulnerable child carries a promise worth protecting—offering hope, practical support, and a community that believes in who they can become before the world catches up. Happily married to Enoch Kwateh Dongbo.
Our Vision
Inspired by Genesis 17:15–16 and the story of Sarah — renamed and called the mother of nations before Isaac was born — Her Promise Fulfilled exists to change the narrative for young people facing overwhelming circumstances. We believe that every young person, especially young mothers, fathers, and vulnerable children, deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams and walk in purpose, rising above the limitations of their present situation.

Her Promise Fulfilled is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering young people — especially vulnerable youth, young mothers, fathers, and children — through spiritual guidance, educational opportunities, emotional support, and community resources.
